1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Hive, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to use Hive.

3. Courses and payments

Course prices are listed in Nigerian Naira. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. Enrolment in a course is confirmed only after a successful payment. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Reach out through the contact page and we will respond within 48 hours.

4. Instructor earnings

Instructors earn a share of course sales as described in the earnings section of the dashboard. Earnings become available for withdrawal after settlement. Hive may deduct platform fees and payment processing fees from each sale.

5. Community conduct

Hive is built on respect. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or sharing content you do not own the rights to will lead to warnings, suspension, or removal of your account. Treat every learner and instructor the way you want to be treated.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the courses and content you create. By publishing on Hive, you give us a licence to display and promote that content on the platform. You may not copy, repost, or resell another instructor's content.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or harm the community.

8. Liability

Hive is provided as is. We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or interruptions beyond our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hive after an update means you accept the new terms.
